After creating your first administrator account, the next thing to do is create accounts for the other users of the groov device. Tempting as it may be to just make everyone an Admin, you should set each user's access to their needs. The 'Accounts' menu is your gateway for doing this.
If you have an LDAP server on your network, this will make your job a lot easier, and everyone will be able to log into the groov device using their Windows domain credentials.
Just like your bank logs you out for inactivity, so does groov EPIC. You can set each user's timeout in the accounts sub-menu.
