Symptoms:

For the affected modules, while observing or recording measurements from a channel configured with the counter feature, there may be a scan (or, at most, two) that reports a value 256 less than the expected value. This issue may occur every 256 counts, so higher frequencies yield errors more frequently.

Workaround:

In your programming, filter out decreasing counter values.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
