LDAP Authentication fails when LDAP server returns a referral

Symptoms:

If the LDAP server returns a referral as a result of an authentication request from the groov EPIC or groov RIO LDAP client, the authentication fails. This is because the groov EPIC and groov RIO LDAP client does not support redundant or distributed LDAP servers. In the case of redundant LDAP servers, this fix adds support for ignoring the referral, which will allow authentication against the primary server.
