Error message when changing I/O unit types that support same features

Symptoms:

In PAC Control, if your situation meets the following two conditions, you may see the error message "The type of the I/O unit has been changed such that certain digital point features will no longer function correctly.", which is incorrect because this type of change is valid:

You are changing from an R1 to an EB1 or an EB1 to an R1.
There are points configured with features that are not allowed on R2 or EB2 brain.

Workaround:

You can ignore the error message; the issue is an erroneous message and does not affect how the unit functions.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
