It does not affect PAC Sim.After you power up a PC running Windows 8 or higher, you may notice in SoftPAC:The I/O is not enabled.I/O errors are displayed (SoftPAC > Overview tab > Strategy Status > Messages).The strategy restarts from where it left off (that is, the startup logic wasn't executed). These issues happen only when all of these conditions are true:You have powered up your PC. Note that restarting the PC (Windows > Power > Restart) does not result in these issues. Windows Fast Startup is enabled (Windows > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do) SoftPAC Start Type is Automatic (SoftPAC > Overview tab)The strategy is configured to save to flash memory and the autorun flag is set (PAC Control > Strategy Options > Download tab). <less
