Hi, Mary here, with a PAC Control help tip.
00:13
There's this Error Lookup where you can type
in error code that comes back from a
00:17
command for example, maybe I'm getting a
00:21
-12 returned from a command.
00:23
If I click Get Error it gives me a clue as
to what
00:26
that error number means, rather than having
to look in the User's Guide
00:29
or the Command Reference
00:33
You'll also find this in debug mode, so if
you're debugging your strategy and error pops
00:39
up, you can do that the right here as well
00:45
Also search the Opto 22 web site for "error
decoder"
00:52
error and programmatically give you the error
description so you could use that in say,
01:01
This was an OptoNews Tech Tip, which takes
you to the OptoForum post...
01:05
which includes a subroutine and sample
OptoScript you can use in your own strategy.
