EPIC or RIO users with "Do Not Expire" option are logged off

This is an informational KB article. The feature is operating correctly.

If you create a user account or modify it to configure the Session Expiration option to Do Not Expire, if the user does not check the Remember Me checkbox when they log in, then when all browser windows are closed or the groov EPIC or RIO restarts, the user is logged out. This is the correct behavior.

Resolution:

To prevent a user from being logged out, they must check the Remember Me checkbox in their browser when they log into their groov EPIC or RIO.
