Command to delete a file fails if file name contains ~ character

Resolved In Version:

4.0.0

Symptoms:

If your PAC Control strategy has a command to delete a file where the ~ character is in the file path (for example, SendCommunicationHandleCommand( chFile, "delete" ), where chfile was set to "file:r,~/unsecured/MyTest.txt"), the command returns a -408 (File Access) error.

Workaround:

Specify the entire path.

Resolution:
