When downloading "Support Download" file, contents may be truncated

Symptoms:

When you click Download from the Download Support Info page (from the groov Manage Home page, click Info and Help > Support Download), all the contents from the generated report displayed in the page should be saved into a text file. With this issue, only a portion of the content is saved into the text file. This issue occurs if there are certain special characters (; / ? : @ & = + $ , #) in the text.

Try one of the following:

To obtain the full content of the Support File, after you click Generate, highlight all of the text, and then paste it into a text file. The following instructions work from a Windows^® browser:
1. From the groov Manage Home page, click Info and Help > Support Download.
2. Click Generate at the top of the page.
3. Place your cursor anywhere in the text and press CTRL+A. All of the text is highlighted.
4. Press CTRL+C to copy the selected text.
5. In a text editor, open a new file and press CTRL+V.
6. Save your file, including helpful information in the name like date and time.
If possible, remove special characters from I/O channel names.
