When PAC Control controller is restarted on groov EPIC, some types of numeric variables lose values

Symptoms:

If a PAC Control strategy running on a groov EPIC processor has persistent numeric variables or initialize on strategy download variables, when the PAC Control engine is restarted, those variables lose their values. The PAC Control engine can be restarted in a few ways:

From the groov Manage Home page, click Controller > PAC Controller. Then click Disable.
From the groov Manage Home page, click System, then click Restart.
Cycle power to the groov EPIC.

NOTE: This issue does not affect numeric tables.
