groov EPIC running PAC Control strategy may become unresponsive

Symptoms:

If your groov EPIC is running a PAC Control strategy and becomes unresponsive, you may be experiencing this issue if you find messages similar to the following in the kern.log file:

Workaround:

Cycle power to the groov EPIC processor.

Resolution:
