Delay in Showing Data for Interactive Trends with Long Period

Symptoms:

If you have an interactive trend configured with a long period (for example, 2 weeks), when you load the page with the trend, the trend may not display the data for up to 1/2 an hour.

Workaround:

Move around the navigator handles (at the bottom of the trend) to force the trend to start updating.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
