System update file upload fails near end of upload

Symptoms:

On rare occasions, a system update fails near the end of the update and displays one of the following messages:

The client failed to upload the system update file.
Failed to upload system update. This can be caused by a network error or a full disk. If the disk is full then restore to factory defaults and start the update again.

Workaround:

Repeat the system update.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
