Incorrect Behavior on Touchscreen When Touch-Sensitive Pad on Module is Touched

Symptoms:

When you leave your finger on the touch-sensitive pad of a module and then you select a channel on that module, you may observe that the top 3 rows of the channel information page stay at the top of the display. Below that, any pages you select (tap) afterwards are stacked. The following is an example of this behavior:
The following modules have displayed this symptom and it is likely that other modules display it:

GRV-CSERI-4
GRV-OMRIS-8
GRV-ODCSRC-24
GRV-IACDCTTLS-24

Workaround:

If you have firmware version 1.2.0 or later, you can disable the touch-sensitive pad for all modules on the chassis.

From groov Manage, click I/O.
Click Config.
Disable "Rack Module Touch".
Select Save.

Resolution:
