Tags are not refreshed correctly after a restart

Al versions prior to 1.4.3 of GRV-EPIC-PR1

Symptoms:

When you work with Ignition or Ignition Designer and the Opto 22 groov EPIC and SNAP PAC Driver module, when tag lists are restored after any of the following events, some of the OPC-UA tags may appear valid but are not updated with current controller values. Strings will be blank and numeric tags will be 0. When scanned values change in the controller, their values update the OPC-UA tag.

Events that may trigger this issue include:

A stopping and starting of the Opto 22 groov EPIC and SNAP PAC Driver module (through Ignition Edge).
Recovery from a communication fault.
A download of the strategy.
