Table read returns wrong number of elements or error

Symptoms:

Under the following set of conditions, the wrong number of elements is returned or you get an error:

Reading table elements (with the PAC Control REST API) from a PAC Control strategy running on a GRV-EPIC-PR1. (The Node-RED for PAC Control node also uses the PAC Control REST API, so Node-RED flows with table reads of a PAC Control strategy on a GRV-EPIC-PR1 will also encounter this issue.)
Specifying a non-zero starting index (startIndex) and non-zero number of elements (numElements).

Workaround:

Rewrite the REST API call to handle the numElements (or Length) parameter as a stop index instead of length: set numElements = startIndex + <number of elements to read>. For example, to read 3 elements starting at startIndex=2 specify: startIndex=2, numElements=2+3=5.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
