"Store To Flash" sometimes fails

Symptoms:

When you try to save a large strategy to flash, the Inspecting window reports a communications error:

Workaround:

Save your strategy to flash in PAC Control by opening your strategy in PAC Control, then doing either of the following:

In Config mode, click File > Strategy Options. Click the Download tab. Make sure the Save strategy to flash memory after download check box is checked. Switch to Debug or Online mode to download the strategy to your controller.
In Debug modue, click Control Engine > Save Strategy to Flash.
