After strategy upgrade, PAC Control numeric tables don't properly initialize on strategy run

Symptoms:

If an Integer 32 table, Integer 64 table, or a Float table was configured in PAC Control R9.6 to be initialized on strategy run to a value other than zero, the table will not be initialized to that value if you upgrade the strategy to PAC Control R10.0a.

Workaround:

In PAC Control R10.0a Config mode, open the Edit dialog for the table (Configure > Variables > Numeric Tables > Modify), select "Initialize on strategy run," and then press Enter or click OK to save.

Resolution:
