Mobile devices will not re-subscribe to tags after sleeping for several minutes

Symptoms:

A mobile device that goes to sleep for several minutes (for example, around 5 minutes) may stop receiving tag updates when it wakes back up. You may see this in either groov View in a normal web browser or within the mobile apps.

Workaround:

Try any of the following:

Refresh the page after you wake-up your device
Keep a desktop browser open and pointed to the page(s) your mobile device uses.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
