Modifying a subroutine parameter generates an incomplete or incorrect "report"

Symptoms:

If you modify a parameter of a PAC Control subroutine that is already used in a strategy, when PAC Control validates the change, the message it displays may be missing the names of the charts that call the subroutine.

For example, if you modify a parameter to a subroutine called "Peer" that is called from the Powerup chart, when PAC Control validates the change, it does not list the Powerup chart under the "Calling charts:" section.
