Premium Factory Training - Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by Opto 22

Opto 22 reserves the right to cancel any factory training class up to five (5) business days prior to the first day of class. If Opto 22 cancels a class, you may move your reservation to another class at no additional charge to you, or request a refund. Opto 22 does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable or non-transferable airline tickets. Opto 22 does not accept any liability due to cancellation of a training course.

Cancellation by Student

Once activated in your MyOpto account, Premium Factory Training is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend the class for which you are confirmed, you can change to another available class up to two times. This change must be made at least one week prior to the first day of class, or your reservation will be forfeited. If extenuating circumstances apply, please contact Opto 22 Training:
