Premium Factory Training - Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Opto 22

Opto 22 reserves the right to cancel any factory training class up to five (5) business days prior to the first day of class. If Opto 22 cancels a class, you may move your reservation to another class at no additional charge to you, or request a refund. Opto 22 does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable or non-transferable airline tickets. Opto 22 does not accept any liability due to cancellation of a training course.

Cancellation by Student

If you cannot attend the class for which you are confirmed, you can change to another available class through your MyOpto account. This change must be made at least one week prior to the first day of class, or your reservation will be forfeited. 

If you would like to transfer your class to another student, you must cancel the class in your MyOpto account at least one week prior to the first day of class. The other student can then use your Activation Key to enroll. Class enrollment for any one Activation Key may be cancelled a maximum of two times.
