Frequent OptoDataLink data exchanges at unexpected 'Time of Day'

Symptoms:

Too many data exchanges may occur if the source field, Data comes from a, is set to "Opto 22 Device", and the timer field, when, is set to "Time of Day". OptoDataLink exchanges data whenever the depending on field is met, but is not checking to make sure the configured timer condition is met.

In addition, at startup (Run→Start), a data exchange always occurs, even though the configured 'Time of Day' condition is not met.
