Multiple data links using 'Opto 22 Device' condition are not detected in OptoDataLink

Symptoms:

If two data links are set up with Opto 22 Device as the depending on condition parameter, then only the first data link is detected when its condition becomes true. The second data link's condition is never detected, no data is exchanged, and no data is logged. In addition, an "AddGroup failed" error message is logged to the OptoDataLink error queue (Run→Show Errors), but does not pop up, so the error goes undetected.
