Versions Affected:

Resolved In Version:

Problem is fixed in version: R8.0b SNAP PAC firmware, R7.2d Ultimate I/O firmware

Symptoms:

The PAC Control and ioControl MoveIoUnitToNumTable script command reads the state of all of the modules and points on a serial I/O unit (such as a B3000), but attempts to write data to erroneous table locations, possibly resulting in lost data.

Digital I/O data for the first digital module appears in the first four elements from the starting index. All other digital data is lost. Analog I/O data is stored in the destination table for only the first four analog modules. Data is written to two elements (two points) at a time, with a gap of two elements between each pair of readings.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
