Trends in ioDisplay Basic may appear to freeze when data is constant

Symptoms:

A trend may appear to freeze when the data it is plotting stops changing. Once the data changes again, the trend rapidly draws a straight line to show the time elapsed vs. the constant value. Normal trending behavior resumes when the plot reaches the current time.

Resolution:
