Moving I/O points to a valid position in OptoControl

Applies To:

Versions Affected:

Problem was discovered in version: R4.1a

Symptoms:

Sometimes OptoControl will not allow I/O points to be moved to valid positions on an I/O unit.

As an example, a serial SNAP-B3000 I/O unit is added in an OptoControl strategy with a SNAP-AIMA module configured in position 0 on the rack. Two points are created (points 0 and 1) for the SNAP-AIMA. If later, the module is changed to position 1 on the rack, the module needs its points moved to points 3 and 4. OptoControl allows the first point to be moved, but not the second point.
