Windows clipboard locks when attempt to paste graphic into ioDisplay window fails

Symptoms:

The Windows clipboard cannot be used to cut or paste items once an attempt to paste a graphic into ioDisplay Configurator fails. Configurator has to be terminated in order to restore Windows clipboard operation to normal.

The problem can occur when attempting to copy graphics from an OptoDisplay project to an ioDisplay window. An error message appears indicating this is not allowed, and after clicking OK to close out the message, the Windows clipboard does not function properly.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
