G4IDC5Q occupies only one module position in ioControl and OptoControl

Problem was discovered in version: ioControl Pro R7.1d, OptoControl R4.1d

Symptoms:

A quadrature input module, G4IDC5Q, is shown as occupying only one module position instead of two in ioControl and in OptoControl configuration mode.

Normally, when a G4IDC5Q is added in the configuration process, the same information is automatically duplicated for the next module position. This produces two module positions for every G4IDC5Q module configured.

Resolution:
