ioControl ‘Start Chart’ may return –5 status if eight charts are already running on SNAP-PAC-R controllers

Symptoms:

The SNAP-PAC-R1 and SNAP-PAC-R2 controllers are reported to run up to sixteen charts in ioControl, but only eight charts can actually run at a time. The command Start Chart may return a –5 status if eight charts are already running.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
