When the Opto 22 Device data remains the same and OptoDataLink doesn’t exchange data

Symptoms:

If the data comes from an Opto 22 Device, and the Data Link depends on an Opto 22 Device flag or a Database flag, only the first data exchange occurs reliably. If the source data does not change when the condition flag becomes true a second time, no data is exchanged.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
