PAC Display Runtime crashes if Enable Alarm Point EMail option is selected but email settings are not configured.

Symptoms:

If an alarm point has been configured to send an email (Configure > Alarming Setup > Email tab > Enable Alarm Point EMail), but the settings on the Configure Email dialog box have not been configured (Configure > Alarming Setup > Email tab > Configure Email button), PAC Display Runtime will crash when the alarm occurs. It will also display the warning, "An error has occurred and PAC Display must terminate," and it will log a message to the Event Log stating that it failed to send the email.

Resolution:
