groov View pages show a scroll bar when there's nothing to scroll to

Symptoms:

This problem appears only when you are viewing pages with the Chrome browser. Regardless of how long a page is in groov View, it is always scrollable. On Windows, that usually means a scroll bar is visible when it's not necessary.
