Kiosk and Operator users cannot download groov trend data

Symptoms:

In the upper-right corner of Trend gadgets there's a button to allow you to download scanned data for that trend. The button is visible for Kiosk and Operator users, but when they click it, they get a 403 Forbidden HTTP error.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue. Kiosk users will no longer see the button. Operators will see it and be able to download trend data.
