When Runtime opens, windows may not be open or closed (as they were configured)

Symptoms:

NOTE: Applicable only when "Use Default" is not configured (Configure > Runtime> General tab > Draw Window Initial State).

Opening a project in Runtime may not open the windows in the state they were in when the project was saved in Configurator.

Workaround:

If you don’t need the project to open or close windows, select the "Use Default" option (Configure > Runtime > General tab > Draw Window Initial State).

If you want the project to open or close windows, select the "Use Default" option (Configure > Runtime > General tab > Draw Window Initial State). Then, click “Define Default” and make sure that default window states (opened or closed) are configured.
