Unable to reopen PAC Display Runtime Professional

SYMPTOMS

If you open PAC Display Runtime Professional and then try to open it again, after you've closed Runtime Pro, you won't be able to reopen it.

WORKAROUND

There are two possible workarounds:

  • Reboot the computer, and then you can open PAC Display Runtime Pro.
  • If you don't want to reboot the computer, you can use Windows Task Manager (Processes tab, Background processes area) to close all instances of PAC Display Runtime Professional. Then you can open PAC Display Runtime.

RESOLUTION

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
