SoftPAC fails to start because ControllerDefs.dll and IOSNIF.dll are missing

Symptoms:

If you've installed PAC Project R9.6000, when you run SoftPAC Monitor, the program fails to start.

A System Error message states that ControllerDefs.dll is missing. If you click OK, another System Error message states that IOSNIF.dll is missing.

Both messages tell you to try reinstalling the program, but even if you do, SoftPAC still will not run.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved the issue.
