PAC Display Configurator: Operator Driven Windows attribute may not show all configured windows

Symptoms:

If a PAC Display project uses the Windows operator-driven dynamic attribute and has multiple windows configured, sometimes when you re-open the Windows dynamic attribute, only one window is displayed in the Pop Window dialog box.

When this issue happens, in Runtime, only the window that appears in the Pop window dialog box performs its configured action.

Resolution:
