PAC Display Runtime doesn't display content from a groov web page

Symptoms:

This issue applies only to projects created with PAC Display Professional.

When you try to access groov from either a URL window or a URL control in PAC Display Runtime, the web page will open but its contents aren't visible (the page is blank).

When this issue happens, no error messages pop up and no error is written to the PAC Display event log.

Workaround:

Use the dynamic attribute "Launch Application" to open the browser to access groov.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
