In groov, the licensing window appears on all browser instances after a trial timer expires and start trial has been selected

Problem affects versions: R2.0a and higher

Symptoms:

If you're using the groov trial and the trial expires, when you refresh the page the license window pops up and expects you to either enter a license or choose "Start trial" again.

However, if you have more than one browser open with instances of groov, other browsers will re-connect but also pop up the license window. Even if you've already clicked "Start trial," you will have to click it again in the other browsers.

Workaround:

Click "Start trial" each time the license window appears.

Resolution:

Opto 22 is investigating this issue.
