PAC Display may crash when reopening Log To Database dialogs using MySQL

Symptoms:

Note: This issue affects only PAC Display Professional projects that log files to a MySQL database table.

If your project is configured to log data to a MySQL database table, PAC Display Configurator may crash when you reopen a previously configured Database Table dialog box. (The Database Table dialog box shows the database table name, column names, and column types, and is opened by clicking Log To Database when configuring log files for SuperTrend, alarm, historical, Runtime operator, and upload recipe data.)

Resolution:
