-2104 error when sending email from a PAC Control strategy

Problem affects versions: Firmware R9.4c and possibly lower

Symptoms:

If an FTP username and password are configured on a SNAP PAC controller that sends an email from a PAC Control strategy, a -2104 error is generated when the send email command is executed.

This issue affects two PAC Control commands:

Send Email
Send Email with Attachments

Workaround:

Remove the FTP username and password configuration.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
