Problem is fixed in version: Firmware R9.5c

Symptoms:

Note: This section has been updated based on new information uncovered during investigation.
PAC firmware needs to support PAC Manager's Calc and Set Gain operation so that it correctly calculates gain values when analog points are configured for negative scaling. (Negative scaling occurs when the high scale is set to a value that is lower than the low scale; for example, high = 0 and low = 100.)

Workaround:

If you use negative scaling for analog points, use PAC Manager's two-point method to calculate and set the offset and gain.
