OptoDataLink cannot transfer rows of data to individual tags

Symptoms:

OptoDataLink cannot transfer rows of data from a database table or file to individual tags in an Opto 22 brain or controller. Instead of selecting a row of data, it selects an entire column of data.

Workaround:

If the data you want to transfer is of the same type (for example, it is all integer values, or it is all string values), you can put the tag data into a column instead of into rows.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
