PAC Display Pro doesn't automatically switch to redundant IP

Symptoms:

If your control system is configured for redundant Ethernet network links and your controller's primary IP address becomes unavailable, PAC Display Pro doesn't automatically switch to the controller's secondary IP address as it should.

NOTE: Ethernet link redundancy is a feature of PAC Display Pro; consequently, PAC Display Basic is not affected by this issue.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
