Get Control Engine Address command returns 0.0.0.0

Symptoms:

NOTE: This issue affects only SoftPAC and SNAP PAC Sim Control Engine Simulator.
It does not affect firmware in SNAP PAC S-series or R-series controllers.

When you have more than one NIC in your computer and at least one of the NICs is both DHCP-enabled and inactive, the PAC ControlGet Control Engine Address command may return 0.0.0.0 instead of the address of a NIC with a valid IP address. (A NIC is inactive when it cannot respond to a message; for example, if it is broken, or its Ethernet cable is removed, or it isn't connected to any Ethernet devices.)

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
