SYMPTOMS

When trying to connect to the groov Box or groov Server for Windows, you see an error from your web browser that may mention an unsupported cipher or weak ephemeral key.

Examples of possible errors: "Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key" or ERR_SSL_WEAK_SERVER_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY

RESOLUTION

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.

NOTES

If you have a groov Box:
1. Go to manage.groov.com, log in, and locate your groov Box in the list.
2. Download and install groov Admin version 41, and then download and install version 42.
3. Download and install groov App R3.0c.

If you have groov Server for Windows:
1. Go to manage.groov.com, log in, and locate your groov Server in the list.
2. Download and install groov App R3.0d.
