HART protocol input module stops receiving HART responses

Symptoms:

When communicating with HART field devices, you may stop receiving responses to HART commands in the controller. However, the module is still transmitting and the field device is still responding.

This issue affects only the HART input module, SNAP-AIMA-iH.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.

NOTE: The fix is in a new version of the module's firmware (not the brain's), which you can install on your module.
