SYMPTOMS

After changing the username and password in groov Admin, an error message says "Access denied: User username is not allowed to use the Change Username/Password module." The login still displays the old user as logged in, and if the page is refreshed, the modules in the list disappear and nothing can be accessed or changed.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when the Enter key is pressed more than once when saving changes to the username and password.

WORKAROUND

Click Logout option on the left hand side of groov Admin. Then log back in with the new Username and Password.
