'setpos' command ignores the right-most character of the command

Symptoms:

When using the Send Communication Handle Command setpos command, the right-most character is ignored. For example, if the command setpos:15 is issued, the control engine will respond as if the command had been setpos:1. If the position consists of a single character, the controller will act as though setpos:0 was sent.

Resolution:
