groov Admin SSL error occurs after restoring groov to defaults

Symptoms:

groov Admin will display an SSL error during the "welcome to groov" setup process. In Chrome, the error message is "SSL Connection Error." In Firefox, the message is "Secure Connection Failed."

Workaround:

There is no work-around for this issue after it occurs. Once it occurs, the unit must be returned to Opto 22 to be reprogrammed. To prevent this issue from occurring, the latest groov Admin patch needs to be installed.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
